Hill Road Studios

We are a blend of Bed and Breakfast, Hotel accommodation, Self Catering Studio Apartments, Family Rooms and Holiday Lets. Truly flexible accommodation with private parking and stunning views from the South Downs National Park over the Ouse Valley and Far Weald. We service the studio apartments and supply bread for toasting, spreads, honey, marmalade and Jams, cereal, milk, orange juice, fresh coffee and a cafetiere, a selection of teas and decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate. The Studios are detached from the main property and from each other providing quiet secure accommodation as they are both gated. We are in the County Town of Lewes situated near the top of a no through road just 15 minutes walk into the Town Centre. We advertise as Bed and Breakfast but we also let on a longer term basis, and on a self catering room only basis. We also have been classified as a Hotel standard with 4 stars and a Silver award from Visit Britain.
