Bringing a taste of Hong Kong to Salford, Manchester! We aim to be a modern Cha Chaan Teng-style restaurant. What this means is that we include classics, such as the Hong Kong-style milk tea, one taste of which will whisk you back to the 1960's bustling streets in the concrete jungle, but also have some newer favourites, such as our Macaroni soups. As a restaurant, we prioritise flavour and quality above all else. We will occasionally have new dishes that we will try out.
