Hopefield Animal Sanctuary & Visitor Centre

Hopefield Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit organisation caring for over 600 sick, unwanted, and mistreated animals. The sanctuary in based in the heart of the Essex countryside, in Brentwood (Essex). We care for a variety of animals including horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, to more exotic animals such as reptiles, parrots, raccoons and more*. Complete with a tearoom, gift shop, and children's play area, along with plenty of animals to meet! As a small charity, Hopefield relies on donations and visitors to ensure we can continue our vital, life-saving work - Saving Animals Together since 1983. *exotic animals only allowed on public display for 6 days a year due to us not applying for our zoo licence.
