We offer a range of property services, including mortgages, legal conveyancing, lettings, auctions and professional survey and valuation. Noel is our Senior Branch Manager with 30 years of experience the business and Matthew our Assistant Branch Manager deals with our sales side of things, working tirelessly each day to exceed customer expectations and build on our market-leading reputation. Jakob Valentine is our Mortgage Consultant. He has an outstanding reputation for a wide-range of services, from providing a tailored mortgage package to suit individual needs, through to presenting a moving cost analysis and proactive assistance with finding a new home. Our lettings team are the market leaders in Bath. We also have a rapidly growing Online Auction department, providing clients with an alternative route to sale.
