Here at Indi-Fusion we believe that food is sacred & divine and so should be treated as such! We only use the finest & freshest ingredients to create food that even our mothers would be proud of! We don't believe in adding preservatives, additives or excessive food colouring to enhance the look and taste of our food. The food is made in a home cooked style and we will only serve what we will eat ourselves! We take inspiration from South & East India, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Middle East & from parts of Europe! Our menu and creations are culminations of many years of experimentation, many years of cooking in many fine restaurants & knowledge passed down by our peers! All our dishes are prepared with your health in mind and we use cholesterol free vegetable oil and extra virgin olive oil to cook our meals and keep the oil level to a absolute minimum without compromising on taste and presentation.
