We have the latest technology available including an Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT), which is like an MRI for your eyes and can detect changes years before you notice any symptoms. We specialise in varifocals. Being an independent optician means that we hand-edit the frames that we think our customers will love, mixing our collection with an emphasis on fashion and quality at all price points. Martin Storey Opticians Bungay is a friendly and modern practice offering professional eyecare in the Waveney Valley area. Founded in April 2009 by Martin, a local resident of over 30 years, the practice aims to provide excellent eyecare and eyewear to the community with the aid of cutting-edge equipment, a focus on clinical excellence, and a wide range of frames, lenses, and contact lenses to suit most budgets, along with attractive offers. The practice is registered with the NHS, providing free eye examinations to eligible groups such as over-60s, children. Private eye examinations are also available. The building, situated near the Beccles quay, is an elegant, historic structure with charming antique features that blend well with the fully refurbished interior, which boasts some of the most advanced digital equipment. Each patient is allocated at least 30 minutes for their eye examination, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable experience.
