KOO originally opened it's door in September 2006, inspired by a dream of creating a unique but affordable coffee and dinning experience that people would remember. After many months of searching, a local building that was once a fondly remembered delicatessen since 1928 became available and after 3 months of hands on labouring KOO finally opened its doors to an expectant neighbourhood. After spending months searching and tasting, for the best coffee, we are proud to be associated with Arden coffee, & have our very own unique and fabulous tasting coffee blend of which we have exclusivity to in the area. As well as great coffee, which is "great all day!" Koo prides itself on offering a simple yet sophisticated menu, full of great fresh continental produce sourced internationally as well as locally.
