Each pizza we make features dough that has risen and rested for 72 hours in a controlled environment. Our fully hydrated dough contains only a small amount of flour and yeast, resulting in an incredibly light and easily digestible base. We source top-of-the-line ingredients, all imported directly from Italy, ensuring the highest quality. But we don't just stop at pizza.
