Handsome green Ostello Lounge sits on Bakewell Road, just off Crown Square in the middle of Matlock. We’ve windows running all along the front, that can open right out to let the outside in when the Peak District weather allows! Our roomy space inside stretches back to some cosy corners under a galaxy of star lights, with a gallery’s worth of paintings on the richly wallpapered walls. Our cotton reel mural behind the bar celebrates the Derwent Valley’s proud cotton heritage. Yes, reel-y.
