Manchester Carers Centre

The Manchester Carers Centre, established in 1997, provides a variety of free support services for unpaid carers in the city, including practical assistance, drop-in sessions, respite breaks, and social activities. The centre is dedicated to improving the lives of carers who support friends and family members suffering from various health challenges.

As an active member of Carers Manchester and a proud Network Partner of the Carers Trust, the centre plays a significant role in the support network for unpaid carers. Unfortunately, it has announced the closure of its services on 30th September 2025, marking the end of three decades of vital community support.
