Edesia was the Roman Goddess of food who presided over banquets. She was the Divine Spirit of Feasting and ensured that the food was excellent and special feasting occasions were most enjoyable. Much attention was given to food preparation and as well as adopting her name, we are also striving to achieve that same excellence in our culinary efforts and in our choice of products we sell. Our simple objective is to provide an enjoyable food and drink experience with our delicious and healthy alternative range of products.
