Mersea Barns Shop & Café Restaurant

Café restaurant and shop in custom-built barn is set within the idyllic farmland on the East of Mersea Island. Serving a range of meal options for everyone from the weary walker to the ladies who lunch, our café-restaurant is the perfect choice for a recovery pit stop or just a quick catch up over a cup of tea and a slice of cake. We’re proud to use only the freshest ingredients in all of our food and source as much as possible from local suppliers. Our meat is sourced from local butchers and we have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options on all of our menus. Dogs are welcome in our Glass Room, decking and outside seating area. We have a large play area and sandpit for children. Ample parking and free wifi.
