Merv’s Café & Bar, is an American Café and Bar style concept, which will provide a unique relaxing eat-in or eat-out experience, similar to dining at home. Our mission is to WOW people every day and to be the most sustainable restaurant in Leicester by sourcing our ingredients locally. Our exciting new family-friendly menu will be fresh, homemade and cater for all dietry preferences such as healthy, gluten, veg and vegan. We are proud of our signature and very popular dishes such as the Ribs and Wings. We will offer a variety of beverages from hot to cold and our traditional homemade Milkshakes.
