Once you've tasted our hand-cut, 30-day aged steaks you'll soon appreciate the care of our farmers, the exacting standards of our butchers and the passion of our chefs. We also have 12 smart Innkeeper's Lodge rooms if you fancy staying the night. All our beef is sourced from UK farms (except of course our Aussie ribeye)where it has been raised to the very high standards we demand. So whatever your favourite cut, we can trace every forkful back to the field.
