Skilled Massage Therapist Hello I am a fully licensed massage therapist specialising in Holistic/Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. I am able to use a range of techniques to reduce stress. I use Holistic Massage to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to improve mind and body balance, a deep sense of calm and overall balance. I use Deep Tissue / Sports Massage techniques to actively reduce or resolve muscle dysfunction, release deeply held tensions in the body and help enhance sporting performance.
