Our small Izakaya kitchen is found inside of Bison Beer in Hove, a cozy Craft Beer Bar. We serve authentic Japanese small plates designed to match well with drinks like our 23 hour Sous Vide pork belly which just melts in you mouth or fried kara-age (chicken or vegan). If it's not meat then it's vegan which means most of our menu is plant based, delicious and nutritious!
