Vishuddha Yoga studio in central Oxford offers multiple in-person and online classes 7 days a week. We teach in traditional yoga styles such as ashtanga, hatha, Iyengar and vinyasa flow. We also run yoga and meditation workshops, as well as, a weekly community/chair yoga class. The classes are suitable for all levels and individuals needs of the participants are always taken into account. All the equipment is provided, so you don't need to buy anything. The studio is just 5 minutes walk away from the train station and everybody is welcome. We have private bike racks available for those cycling.
