The Woodshed is a cottage-style B&B room ideal for the occasional getaway to the coast. The Roost Norfolk Coast Guesthouse room is a corner plot in the courtyard with a fire pit and BBQ facilities. The Churnery is our Norfolk Holiday Let, a delightful part of our renovated barn within the courtyard complex, with a unique skylight above the comfortable double bed looking up to the clouds and birds as they fly by. Both properties are within our venue and are just a 2 minute walk from the dog friendly beach of Heacham South Hunstanton Glamping offers Glamping Shepherd’s Huts and Glamping Bell Tents, with views of the stunning Norfolk COuntryside you can relax with your own fire pit and watch the sun go down and the stars come out in our vast open skies. Our Glamping Shepherds Huts are based on a traditional Shepherd's Wagon and are in a private area of the renovated farmyard, looking out over open farmland. Our Glamping Bell Tents are in the camping field and overlook the Norfolk Countryside. Our Norfolk short breaks offer coastal cottage-style short breaks away by the sea, as we are just 3 miles north of RSPB Snettisham and 2.5 miles to the south of Hunstanton, yet we are in the Norfolk coastal village hamlet of Heacham, which offers charm and a rural lifestyle, sea fishing, dog-friendly beaches, pheasant shoots, open grazing farmland, rewilding farmland as well as a variety of shops for all your essential needs. There are many great coastal dining venues along the beautiful Norfolk coast, offering mussels in white wine sauce, seafood chowder, dressed crab, Norfolk Ale, etc. Dog-friendly is Normal for Norfolk- you can hardly venture out into coastal Norfolk without your four-legged friend, pubs restaurants, and many beaches are all dog-friendly, dog-loving places to visit. As you can see there are so many reasons to visit the Norfolk coast and stay at Norfolk Coast B&B Cottages & Camping in particular. Please note our House Rules: We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' personal effects or property while staying with us. We appreciate that accidents do happen and request that we are notified as soon as possible of any breakage or damage. Where items are damaged in a manner that is not through normal use, or items are stolen, then we will seek to reclaim the cost of replacement for these items. There is a no-smoking policy in all buildings. We reserve the right to seek compensation (including consequential loss) for any damage and additional costs of cleaning (such as curtains, blinds, bedding, etc) caused by a guest 'smoking' within the property. Consequential costs may be incurred where it is not possible to remove the smell of smoke from the room prior to the arrival of the next guest who subsequently demands compensation from us. The hire of extras such as BBQs, and fire pits, is subject to availability and may require a small fee. Please ask on booking if you require any add-ons to ensure they are available at your time of stay. Whilst we welcome dogs at the venue, we do ask that they be kept under control during your stay. Any damage caused during your stay will incur fees. If staying in one of the cottages, B&B rooms, Shepherd Huts, or Chalets you will be charged £25.00 per dog per stay to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Any unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. In case of difficulty please discuss this with the warden who will deal with this. He is the Designated Premises Supervisor (registered with Fenland District Council) and he has the final word in all cases. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave and no abusive language or actions will be tolerated against our staff. We have a 'quiet after' policy, please do not play music after 10.30 pm and be aware that loud voices/noises will disturb other guests if they occur after this time. Please report to Reception on arrival between 3pm - 8pm where you will be shown to your accommodation. Alternatively you can Self Check in, your booking hub will show you an image of your front door and using what3words will give you the exact location of the front door of your accommodation. Access to the key will be via SECURE SMS sent to the mobile number you supplied at the time of booking - Please make sure we have the correct mobile number for you.
