We are 100% plant based with loads of GF options. We are located in the heart of Harrogate only a few minutes walk from the centre. We offer a range of house pressed juices, refined sugar free raw and baked cakes, super charged smoothies and shakes, salad bowls, hot bowls, smoothie bowls and daily specials. Our coffee is organic and grown with love and intention by the Mayni Tribe in the Peruvian Cloud Forests. We are doggy friendly and offer a super relaxing environment where all are welcome. We love a good chat with our customers and are here to offer help and advice to anyone looking to incorporate more healthy habits into their life. Health and wellbeing are at the core of what we do and all our offerings have been created with intention and a deep reverence for nature.
