Panzo is a Pizza Place in London. The Panzo was born in the Neapolitan region of Italy. It is our interpretation of the Neapolitan Panuozzo, the younger brother of the classic Neapolitan Pizza. Panzo has brought together fresh, mouth-watering ingredients with a perfectly balanced pizza base that is deliciously fluffy in the middle and crispy on the outside. Our Panzo is freshly handmade with a unique blend of wheat, soy and rice flours in combination with sourdough, extra virgin olive oil and lots of LOVE! Our dough contains very high hydration and slowly matures for over 60 hours. The result is a crispy and puffy base which is lighter than a regular pizza as it contains less gluten, less calories and no nasty additives.
