Located in the heart of Harrogate, serving freshly made pizzas using our 22 year old sourdough. Our pizzas use a long fermentation process for a light, soft, chewy, thin base, big crusted pizza that is easy to digest. We use the best flour, tomatoes and mozzarella imported from Italy alongside some proper locally sourced Yorkshire toppings. We keep our toppings simple, when the base is as good as ours, there's no need to hide it.
