RSB is a small family run Restaurant with rooms since 2005. 7 bedrooms 28 covers Open Wednesday to Friday 5pm-7.30pm Saturday 1.30pm-7.30pm Booking Essential. We close for a short break in Spring. 2 weeks in the Summer 2 weeks in Winter from late December. We source the best produce in the world with some of the best suppliers we can get our hands on and strive to give you the most delicious balanced menus, be it our 3 course ala carte menu right through to our 15 course Tasting menu. Our main emphasis is on seasonality/balance/texture/luxury/technique/temperature/taste/innovation/with deep roots in modern classics with a twist. We have a team of 30 characters spread across the Kitchen/bedrooms/bar/wine/pot-wash/servers/gardeners, basically the most incredibly talented team we can possibly gather to look after our brilliant customers.
