Facilities include an on-site changing room (fully equipped with electric connection and storage for personal possessions) and an outdoor upward shower. For intermittent cold plunging, there are four whisky barrels, all fitted with seats and steps inside and outside. A dedicated sauna attendant is present to greet, assist with enquiries and is responsible for the running of the saunas, so you can rest assure you are in safe and capable hands for the duration of your visit.
