Sea Spice

Sea Spice is a unique amalgamation of exotic Indian cooking within the quintessentially British coastal setting of Aldeburgh. Taking lead from the ancient Spice Route and Aldeburgh's historic role as a valued Tudor port, this new gourmet restaurant unites local Suffolk produce with classic Indian flavours originating some 4,000 miles away. Honouring the breadth and complexities of Indian cooking, Sea Spice offers guests an array of regional dishes from Goan inspired sea-food dishes, using locally caught fish, to tandoor grilled meats and traditional fragrant curries. In celebration of Suffolk's burgeoning craft-beer scene, there will be a curated list of locally brewed beers and ales, chosen specifically to complement the contemporary menu.
