Highlights amongst the new menu include starters such as Pickled Paneer & Pepper Melody (with tomato & chilli coulis) to Tandoor Seared Organic Salmon (with lemongrass & chilli), along with mains including Kerala Spiced King Prawns, Curry Leaf & Coconut Sauce, Coconut Rice, and Shampan’s signature Chicken Masala & Pilau Rice.
