Southern style smokehouse serving low and slow smoked brisket, pork, smoked sausage, chicken. Along with America inspired sides like corndogs, pitbeans, frickles, hush puppies and funnel cake. All available to eat in or take away. Smokehouse Railway Street is part of a food enterprise zone, where budding local entrepreneurs are given the opportunity and guidance to create innovative food products for use in the Smokehouse. We are a not for profit organisation looking to create as many employment and business opportunities for local people as we can.
