Sycamore Vino Cucina is our new all-dining dining destination restaurant and bar housed within Middle Eight on Great Queen Street, Covent Garden. Inspiration from our menu is drawn from our Executive Chef's love of Italy and deep-rooted family links to the north of the country. Dishes are inspired by Paul's love of local regional recipes.
