From the very well known restaurant Potters Bar Tandoori opened back in 1991, now brings back the former owners to open the new Indian restaurant Tamarind Fusion. Nostalgia at its finest. Combining special flavours from different parts of South Asia including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India. We fuse the best dishes from scratch cooked using unique techniques not used in your typical Indian restaurant by our top renowned and very well known chef Ahmed and not to forget our key team players Islam and Anu.
