The Angel Inn

Up there with the best pubs in Highgate.Perched on top of the hill in north London's Highgate village, The Angel Inn is a pretty little pub where your chosen tipple is served with a good measure of English eccentricity. Small wonder then, that the chaps from Monty Python used to write their material here. We're known for our resident angelfish, roaring fires and superlative range of drinks, all lovingly encased by local art and original 1930s wood panelling.
