The Beach Side

The Beachside is a family run guest house situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Northern Quarter bars, cafe's and town centre. The views from the front of the building look over Coatham Green, the boating lake and partial sea views. To the rear we have a small courtyard. The Beachside benefits from a full interior refurbishment carried out in January 2023 giving our rooms a warm contemporary feel. Guests have access to the dining room and kitchen where they can eat takaways and make tea/coffee. Although we don't offer breakfast at the Beachside there is a wonderful cafe just over the road next to the boating lake that makes a wonderful full english breakfast which is open from 7am to 11am. Our aim is to provide very clean accomodation at a very affordable price. Should you wish to book with us I am sure you will have a wonderful stay.
