The Broadwater Guest House

Welcome to The Broadwater, a cosy, relaxed B&B by the sea. With traditional elegance and style, established quality, service and attention to detail. Newly refurbished rooms for 2023 Each guest bedroom has natural bedding, a smart TV so you can log into your on-demand account, a Roberts Radio, Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer, fan, and a silent fridge containing fresh milk. Complimentary room trays are stocked with Ringtons fairtrade beverages, biscuits and treats. All rooms are en-suite with complimentary local eco-friendly toiletries from Bath House in Cumbria. We use 100% renewable and sustainable bamboo toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap. Rooms are cleaned daily and naturally with Purdy & Figg blissfully scented essential oils, non-toxic to you and the environment. Complimentary spring water is available from the water cooler and help yourself to coffee from the coffee machine in the guest nook overlooking the bay. We are situated on Morecambe's select East Promenade with views of the Lakeland Fells across the bay. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Hand sanitiser stations are placed throughout. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:15 - 09:15 and at weekends from 08:00 - 09:30 No booking a time or pre-ordering breakfast the night before! We serve traditional English or Vegi with local Cumberland Sausage, bacon and eggs delivered by our butcher and milk (dairy and oat) locally delivered in returnable glass bottles from the milk person! Help yourself to porridge and toppings, overnight oats, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt & juices for your delectation. Parking: There is restriction-free parking directly in front of us along the prom & there is a council pay and display car park at the end of the terrace around the back of the building, charged at £2 within 24hrs. The Town Hall nearby has free parking after 5 pm & all weekend. There is no on-site parking. Sorry, we do not accept pets. There are no ground floor or twin bedrooms, and we do not have a lift, but we are always happy to assist with luggage. Check-in time is between 3.30 pm - and 8.30 pm.
