The Falcon, a traditional pub located in the heart of Chester, boasts a rich history dating back to around 1200. Originally part of a larger building, it evolved over the centuries, becoming an inn in 1778 and later a temperance house known as the Falcon Cocoa House in 1879.

Restored in 1980 by the Falcon Trust after years of dereliction, The Falcon features charming elements like old oak beams and a cozy open fire, offering visitors a glimpse into its medieval past with the remnants of a shop front and a Thirteenth Century sandstone pillar.
