The George

The George is an 18th century, Grade II listed pub on Great Portland Street, Fitzrovia. Across two floors, we offer a food and drink menu befitting of a modern London public house. If pubs could talk, this one would have a lot to say. As a central hub for the political, cultural and social movements of the late 18th century, home to writers and poets in the 20th century, and in recent years, a favourite haunt of locals and travellers alike, The George has seen it all.
