Wareham, England BH20 5DU
Situated in stunning heathland at the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, the Halfway Inn is the meet point between the historic market town of Wareham, and William the Conqueror’s Corfe Castle. The Halfway Inn is well known for its warm, dog-friendly hospitality and quality fresh food offer. The pub itself dates back to the 16th century and was originally used as a thatched-roof-farmhouse. Several original features remain including wattle and daub walls and flagstone floors. The Halfway continues to ooze character with log burning fires, a spacious garden room and traditional Dorset ales on tap. This rural gem must be visited to truly be appreciated – we warmly welcome you!
