The Lantern Inn

The Lantern Inn, formerly the Old Lantern Inn, has been restored to open as a pub & restaurant with beautiful, quirky accommodation options. Enveloped in the Kent countryside and a stones throw from the coast, we serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Families, dogs and horses are welcome. We have a decently sized car park and are a 10 minute walk from Martin Mill train station serviced from London through to Ramsgate. We're 10 minutes by car from Deal, Walmer and Dover, less still from the beautiful St Margaret's Bay and Kingsdown.
