About our bed & breakfast located in Great Yarmouth: The Marlborough Guest House has six guestrooms, ranging from single to family (occupancy of 4), all have their own en-suite and free Wifi. We are also a "Gay Friendly" Guest House. Situated just 150m from the seafront and its sandy beach, we're perfectly located in the centre of Great Yarmouth, providing bed and breakfast including a traditional full English breakfast and buffet. The town centre is an short walk across the park and we are in close proximity of many attractions , such as the pleasure beach, museums, sea-life centre, horse racing, greyhound racing, clubs, pubs and piers. The Norfolk broads are nearby for boating, fishing or a fun day out, with several animal parks and historical places to visit. Parking is by permit and included free of charge for the duration of your stay. The new Marina leisure centre opens in 2022 and is just at the bottom of our road, there will be many activities there, including water slides.
