The South East Sector Led Improvement Programme (SESLIP) serves as a collaborative alliance among upper-tier local authorities in the South East of England, aimed at enhancing outcomes for children and young people. By fostering a culture of reflective practice, effective leadership, and peer challenge, SESLIP facilitates the sharing of best practices and aims to address systemic issues across the region.
