Welcome to The Shanaz Restaurant serving Indian cuisines to the community for over 25 years. Located in the heart of the Cornish Cathedral City of Truro. We take inspiration from across the Indian sub-continent. From Peshawar in Pakistan to the peaks of the Nepalese city of Kathmandu, through the Red Fort of Delhi and Agra’s Taj Mahal all the way down to the vibrant mustard fields of Bangladesh. We at Shanaz integrate aspects of all these cultures into our dishes. Our restaurant serves some of the best curries in Cornwall from our delicious Biryani staples to tantalizing tandoori dishes. The Shanaz accommodates dietary requirements if you have a food allergen, vegetarian, pescatarian or Vegan.
