Located in Sheffield City College, The Silver Plate has an outstanding reputation in the region. All the food is made and served by students under the tutelage of their lecturers. By working in this real commercial environment our students gain valuable knowledge of working with paying customers, an experience that takes many of them on to work for some of the biggest names in hotels and restaurants around the world, as well as supporting the local economy.
