The Stag Inn, Hastings

The oldest pub in Hastings, we are a small, family run, 16th century inn with separate dining room, landscaped gardens and log burning stoves. We welcome dogs throughout the pub. We have a range of real ales and lagers and a wide range of spirits. We stock a number of gins, many of which are local and do a hot G&T in winter. Our food is freshly prepared with a close to zero waste philosophy and a varied menu developed by our chef, Benjamin Cumberpatch and we are very proud that we have been awarded an AA Rosette. You can also find us in The Good Food Guide. We hold a Monday night quiz, an Open Folk session on Tuesdays and Americana / Bluegrass session on Wednesdays, plus bands most weekends. We hold a Laughing Stag Comedy Club every 6 weeks or so. All of our entertainment is free, but we accept donations to Hastings Foodbank if you fancy bringing something along.
