Ideally situated near to the A66 giving easy access to Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Billingham, Yarm and Middlesbrough. The recently refurbished hotel accommodation has been tastefully decorated and refitted to a high specification boasting 4 beautiful, clean, bedrooms. 1 single ensuite, 1 superior single ensuite, 1 superior double ensuite & a junior suite. Provided in all bedrooms are tea & coffee facilities, bottled water, hairdryer, bathrobes, iron & ironing board. Flat screen freeview tv with built-in dvd player, safe and free WI-FI. Bathrooms have shower gel/shampoo & conditioner. Fresh clean towels and bathrobes are also provided. Rooms are cleaned and serviced daily. A complementary "help yourself" breakfast is provided in our residential breakfast room.
