Built in 1480 (despite the plaque outside it saying 1503), the Sun Hotel, sits between Sun Street and the Butter Market, just metres from the main gate of Canterbury Cathedral and approx 0.2 miles to City Centre. This 15th century hotel is one of the city's most recognisable buildings and know internationally as Mr Micawber's 'Little Inn' in the novel David Copperfield, offers a warm welcome combining traditional architecture with contemporary design.
