The Swan

An old inn, the Swan at Winterbourne is a local pub serving great food and drink from 12:00 daily. Our restaurant, now known as the Smokehouse Saloon is fully separated from our bar. Our restaurant was remodeled during early 2016 and bringing a flavor of the American Wild West. A casual, rustic and fun venue, our Smokehouse Saloon is decorated with the Wild West in mind. Our restaurant bar (chuck wagon) has been fashioned out of recycled timber as has our rustic tables, Wild West pictures and window pelmets. Our lunch menu serves traditional options such as soups, fish and chips, pie of the day, ham egg and chips, sandwiches, fresh baguettes. In addition to these options, we also serve smoked meats such as brisket, baby back and St. Louis ribs, beef flat ribs, pulled pork (all cooked low and slow for up to 16 hours), prime steaks (including flat irons, D cut rumps, TBone and Tomahawks, 100% beef burgers, chicken (half), pork and butterflied lamb chops.
