The Tartar Frigate

During July and August we only take telephone reservations, please call to check availability. We are happy to welcome dogs into our bar area. Please note, we only serve food in the bar from 12-3 (excluding Sundays when we exclusively serve food in our restaurant). The restaurant does not allow dogs except for service dogs. Please make us aware of any dogs you have with you upon booking. On Sundays we exclusively serve our Sunday Roast Menu.The Tartar Frigate is one of the only 18th century flint restaurants in Kent. Widely renowned as one of the best seafood restaurants in Kent, the harbour restaurant boasts stunning panoramic views over Viking Bay. You can take advantage of the extensive menu, which also includes mouth-watering traditional dishes from around the world.
