What’s that going on behind the green door? Fuego Lounge, that’s what. Behind our handsome green facade is a really welcoming, relaxed open plan space where we serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus). Our big windows wrap right around the corner and there’s a sprinkling of outdoor chairs and tables, just perfect for watching the Lewes world go by.

Bill, the man, the myth, the legend, was born and bred here in Lewes. That’s why the town proudly hosts the original Bill’s restaurant, and dare we say it, it’s still the best – not only because it’s our firstborn. Located right by the River Ouse, it’s the perfect spot for a boujee breakfast, laid-back lunch or delightful dinner. Swing by at the weekend and treat yourself to our bottomless brunch, granting you 90 minutes of unlimited prosecco or cocktails plus food from our brunch or main menu. Tempted?
