Grade two listed Gastro pub situated at the top of the Roman River Valley in Fingringhoe, nr Colchester. Open everyday all year serving both lunch and evening meals. Craft ales, fine wines and soft drinks available. We pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients within our menu. Serving a varied range of starters and main dishes using local suppliers where possible. We cater for large tables and functions. We specialise in weddings and anniversary parties. Our private dining room which is located in our spacious beer garden, to the rear of the property, is a converted barn with exposed beams. It is neutrally decorated and is also heated so it can be used throughout the year.
