Tingdene Broadlands Park & Marina

Broadlands Park & Marina is a lovely little park set in 8 acres of beautiful grounds, situated along the edge Oulton Broad. We offer accommodation in brick built bungalows, brand new holiday Aedis lodges and modern caravans. The park is open all year round. Our facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, bar, restaurant and marina. Oulton Broad is the most southern of the Norfolk Broads, and is within a few miles of the beach at Lowestoft and Suffolk's Heritage Coast. We have the Carlton Marshes on our doorstep, for lovely dog walks and other local attractions not many miles away, such as, Africa Alive wildlife park and Pleasurewood Hills theme park. We are the ideal hub in the wheel of entertainment for all ages!
