Vietcentric Cooking Class

Our studio aims to create a warm, welcoming and personal atmosphere, just right in order to learn, cook, dine and relax. But we are not ‘just a cooking class’, we try to constantly innovate and create a space that goes beyond cooking, a space where one can embody and experience Vietnamese practices and culture in the heart of Nottingham. Our class starts off with a presentation on everything Vietnamese, our guests learn how to prepare and cook amazing Vietnamese starters and main course, they then get to experience, learn and engage in a traditional tea ceremony and finally also get a chance to try on the Vietnamese ‘long dress’.
