From our state-of-the-art 107-station gym, to the two pools in which we host our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as our huge range of group exercise classes, we offer a range of activities for you to enjoy. Alongside these, we also boast a large sports hall in which you can enjoy five-a-side football, badminton, gymnastics and trampolining, while you can also enjoy our 3G outdoor football pitch. We also boast a dance studio and a health suite to help you relax.

We’ve got a huge range of activities for you to try, including traditional facilities like our huge 160+ station gym that’s packed with all the latest equipment, while our two swimming pools are fantastic for swimmers of all abilities. Furthermore, we also offer a huge range of virtual, video-led group exercise classes, as well as table tennis in a dedicated area. Furthermore, we’ve also got a nine-metre high climbing wall that’s suitable for climbers of all abilities.
