An adult only and dog friendly base, it's only 20 minutes from historic York and its attractions. We offer large hard standing pitches for caravans (some being fully serviced) with astro-turf awning bays with individually hedged private grass garden. We have an 16a electric hook-up & water tap on every pitch. Electric is metered so you simply pay for what you use. Our site is perfect for those seeking peaceful & relaxing breaks within an immaculately clean & well maintained environment, boasting pristine shower/wc facilities, with the added bonus of having easy access to York and surrounding areas. Positioned in open countryside, we are 3/4 mile outside Cawood village which offers 3 dog friendly public houses, traditional village shop with post office/deli counter/cafe & garden centre with cafe. Supermarkets are a 5-minute car journey away. We also have good motorway links with the A1, M62 & A19.
